Felling

I like this because it suggests a felled tree. I'm known for holding the view that the name of Felling comes from being part of a Fell and not the felling of trees but it is a clever illustation and it doesn't matter which view is the correct one. The Felling of trees idea stemmed from Allen Mawer (1879–1942) who published his place names book in 1920 so for 95 years people believed it, and even if it is wrong, it has become part of The Felling's history
